Case Study: Family Mosaic


Family Mosaic is one of the largest social housing providers in London, Essex and South East managing over 25,000 homes.

Family Mosaic introduced The Better Deal for their new fixed term tenancies.

The Better Deal required the tenant to carry out certain tasks such as find employment or manage their finances in exchange for a fixed term tenancy.

To support this new approach, tenants were issued with a Digital Log Book which contained a self- assessment and personal action plan to help the tenant manage their tenancy.

The self-assessment provided valuable insight into the needs of the new tenant so that the front line teams were able to target their support accordingly.
