Greg Teare was a guest speaker at the National Digital Housing Conference where the topic was ‘Digitally Supporting Welfare Reform‘, sharing the experience of working in partnership with Birmingham City Council during their DWP Welfare reform project and sharing the associated outcomes . Etive designed and developed the Digital Log Book to support tenants with digital and financial inclusion, which also gave them a virtual digital identity in preparation for the introduction of Universal Credits. The Digital Log Book helps tenants to channel shift to digital by choice services and also gave them tools to help sustain their tenancies along with the support from the newly designed tenant journey. This process also helped increase customer’s digital skills, leading to improved quality of life.
