Solihull Community Housing was receiving over 600 calls a month into their contact centre from tenants to obtain their rent balance information. The estimated annual cost of supplying this information was £29,000, based on an average cost per call of £4.

Etive developed a single sign-on solution that meant when a tenant logged into their Digital Log Book it would automatically retrieve relevant rent balance information making it simple for the tenant and saving Solihull Community Housing money.
